You will be met at your hotel/housing by one of our Mediterranean Cuisine Experts. Your first stop will be the oldest and biggest farmer’s market in central Athens, Varvakios. You will be introduced to authentic raw ingredients, grown and sourced domestically. Everything you can imagine from fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, nuts, beans, herbs and more. Next stop, one of the oldest family owned bakeries in Athens for some traditional pies. After salty comes sweet, its time for Loukoumades, Greek style donuts filled with delicious warm honey! A quick stop for delicious Greek coffee for a little extra pep in your step. Last but not least a traditional Souvlaki sandwich with the meat of your choice or vegetables.
